Dr.Letitia Johnson

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (lic #LW 60488170) and board-certified telemental health (BC-TMH) provider with a private practice in the Seattle and Issaquah area. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Harvard University. At Harvard, I conducted research on divorce and its effects on young adults. Thereafter, I worked in the corporate world for companies such as Microsoft and MetLife. Later, I obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Antioch University Seattle. Currently, I am adjunct faculty at Antioch University Seattle and a clinical supervisor.

I worked at the Crisis Clinic of King County where I was involved in suicide intervention. I also worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate on behalf of abused children and chemically addicted mothers for the King County Family Court. I served as a Domestic Violence Advocate for the Seattle City Attorney's Office. In addition, I have extensive experience with adolescents as a Counselor at Ballard High School. For many years, I worked at Sound Mental Health with children and families in crisis. I also have extensive training and experience in Hypnotherapy.

My life experiences as a child of divorce, mother, long-term partner, ex-partner, step-parent, business professional, and active volunteer inform my practice and ground me in the real, everyday concerns of life.
